Mystery link-a-rama So I was checking referrer stats today, and came across 2 sites that I hadn't heard of before...
1) Xfresh (Malaysian site for teens)
There's a onebean banner on this page!!! Crazy. I'd love to hear from people that know about this site or the people who put the ad up and where they found the site! It's pretty cool to have a banner made for you without you knowing about it...
2) StumbleUpon (peer site ranking)
I'm still figuring this all out, but it seems that people who are part of this community (there's gotta be a cooler term for it, but it's 1:40am, I've had a couple of drinks, I'm not that hip with terms and... well, whatever) rank sites they think are worth looking at, and... something happens. If you're the person who recommended onebean: THANKS! Anyone care to fill me in on some details? For example, I've installed the toolbar, I can say "I like it" or not about sites... but how can I see how I'm going?
Thanks again for those people who are helping to promote onebean - this is a one, er, bean operation (?? yeah, you thought there was a WHOLE TEAM here right??? riiiight) so any free publicity is really very much appreciated.
Oh, thanks to all the people that have clicked on ads!! I've now made a whopping 10 bucks! Keep clicking...
